Dr Aiden O'Loughlin
MBBS, BSc(Med)(Hons), MBiostat, PhD, FRACPDr. Aiden O’Loughlin is an experienced academic interventional cardiologist.After earning his Medical degree and Bachelor of Medical Science with Honoursfrom the University of Sydney in 1996, he completed a Fellowship with the RoyalAustralasian College of Physicians and later achieved both a Masters inBiostatistics and Clinical Trials and a PhD researching heart attack prediction. DrO’Loughlin training includes prestigious fellowships at Westmead Hospital andStanford Hospital, where he specialized in advanced cardiology techniquesincluding coronary angiography and angioplasty/stenting. Dr O’Loughlin hasextensive experience having worked for many years in both private and publichospital and clinic settings in Sydney.
At the heart of Dr. O’Loughlin’s practice is a dedication to deliveringcompassionate, patient-centred care, underpinned by his deep understanding andinnovative approach to cardiac care. Dr O’Loughlin has a particular passion andexpertise for heart attack prediction and prevention.
